Learner Dashboard - Allow to unenroll to a single course run

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
Currently, a learner is only able to unenroll from a course run on the course syllabus. In its dashboard it is only able to go to the course page on the LMS.

The learner should be able to unenroll from a course run in its dashboard.
