Add functionality that single entries can be directly linked by their id, e.g.

https://portal.opengeoedu.de/1

possibly also in different formats, e.g.

https://portal.opengeoedu.de/1?format=html
https://portal.opengeoedu.de/1?format=json
https://portal.opengeoedu.de/1?format=rdf
