Mask image parts before segmentation

Hi there!
I am playing around with the segment-geospatial for orthophoto segmentation at the moment. Thanks a lot for this nice implementation! I was wondering if it is possible to include a mask layer in the segmentation - so to exclude parts of the image from the model based segmentation from the start. I experience that especially streets tend to get too broad and added to different segments, so I thought I could use an binary street layer to mask these parts in the orthophoto beforehand.. Would be happy for some feedback on that!
