Develop monitoring service as part of TEAM Engine services

Goal
Develop a prototype to allow monitoring of services and full test as perform by TEAM Engine.

Requirements:

• Develop a solution that can be used with TEAM Engine to enable monitoring of services, either wrapping TEAM Engine in another product or the other way around
• Minimum support for health check of a service (e.g. ping GetCapabilities and check that the server is responding)
• Use as part of the solution GeoHealthCheck or something better. Needs to open source and compatible with Apache License
• Support for testing a Service-Level Agreement (SLA) instantiation that might include capacity, performance and uptime or particular service
• Generate a report that shows the uptime and testing results in a given time

Possible solutions

GeoHealthCheck, which is a simple application for monitoring quality of service of OGC (and non-OGC) resources. Gitter channel for interaction with developers.
