There is a proposal for the hosted TEAM Engine instance to have limits on the numbers of resources that are tested.

Resources would include, for example features, collections, CRS's etc. Some suggestions are below:

Features, 1000 maximum.
Collections, 100 maximum.
Coordinate Reference Systems, up to 10 including EPSG:4326 and CRS84.
