Use case TK03: Spatial subsets of large building models

Given a building model a user wants to obtain a valid subset of that model for a certain spatial boundary. This essentially boils down to a 3D intersection call, but maybe something like an AABB bounding box primitive for efficiency rather than expressing the selection volume as an arbitrary polyhedron?

For example for the purpose of:

• tile based viewing
• access control to certain zones
