  4. Set up comms tools: mailing list, GitHub repo, etc. Gobeand details of next meeting strated updating the portal pages. Tom will email all interested to ask for charter/voting members, and next meeting

  5. Draft workplan: Tom will circulate links to background documents and charter deliverables Peter will raise Issue requesting requirements and issue
