It was installed and working, but I had followed the readme and created an openHAB2 share, which I learned should have been openHAB after troubleshooting why none of my files were showing up there.
So... I removed the QPKG, created the appropriate openHAB share, then reinstalled the QPKG. It created the folder structure in openHAB, but now it won't start.
The error is: Exception in opening zip file: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/openHAB/distribution/userdata/cache/org.eclipse.osgi/97/0/bundleFile
I checked and there is no org.eclipse.osgi folder at that location.
There is something wrong with your userdata directory..
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/openHAB/distribution/userdata/cache/org.eclipse.osgi/200/0/bundleFile (No such file or directory)
