@davidmiller @fredkingham if you get time would you be able to flesh out this ticket with a little more detail on what you think might be the cause of this, how I would replicate it etc, I can get going faster.

I'm presuming it's something to do with LookupList synonyms, but when I did play around with saving synonyms, it appeared to be working fine.
