Semantics of 3.2.x needs to be written

For example, 3.2.2. Request just states the data format and variables without stating what it is for. Unless it states what it is for, it would be very difficult to understand.

Is every parameter described how to be used ? Protocol section describes how each JSON is used to create contract and access privacy data.
