我也碰到了这个问题，服务运行了两个月吧，突然出现这个问题，导致我的服务中断了十来天，然后发现之后，重启docker又好了，怀疑kafka或者etcd相关的bug

I also encountered this problem. The service had been running for two months. This problem suddenly occurred, causing my service to be interrupted for more than ten days. After discovering it, I restarted docker and everything was fine again. I suspected a bug related to kafka or etcd.

3.8.0版本啊，这个版本不是移除了zookeeper吗，换成了etcd了
