We're still encoding / decoding messages. Do we know why?

*Receive:
lines 61/62:
var message = new Buffer(data).toString('base64');
wsDst.broadcast(message);

*Broadcast:
line24:
allSocks[key].send(new Buffer(data, "base64"));

investigate not having any encoding?
