At this moment task comments can have rst syntax only. Add a feature to have different markup syntax for comments. Proposed design is:

Add a markup selection field to the task. Selection list can be populated on the basis of libraries available(docutils, markdown etc). Default value would be rst.
With every comment store markup type.
Users can have default markup style.

I like the way github allows you to choose the markup format, but it should happen non-intrusively
