MetaMask + Ledger, Trezor EIP-1559 support tracker

Once MetaMask updates their Trezor and Ledger wallet integrations for EIP-1559 we can remove useETHGasPrice from our components, and remove the legacy gasPrice from transactions.

Ledger

• Added support at the firmware level: Support EIP2718 (transaction types) and EIP2930 (access list transactions) and display ChainID LedgerHQ/app-ethereum#131
• Added support at the JS library level: Add EIP1559 and EIP2930 support LedgerHQ/ledgerjs#637

Trezor Connect

Firmware 2.4.2 with a older version of metamask is working.

I was just able to send a pre-EIP-1559 transaction with my Trezor One with https://frame.sh. It is a replacement for MetaMask and works quite well. Sorry for being off-topic but if anybody landing here searching for a solution better than downgrading MetaMask, this did the trick for me.
