Custom YT Thumbnails

Since we are a YT channel we can upload our own thumbnails. Only thing is that I'm not sure whether the API allows for this yet.

If it's possible to do it, then we can use PHP or something to automatically output an image which looks decent and presentable. Can then use this across the board, from the YT custom thumbnail to the poster image for the video player on the site.
