Lots Of Charts Added Below The Grid

Steps:

1. Load the page
2. Select an entry from the third drop down
3. Select an entry from the middle drop down

Result:
The page will hang for a bit, then when it comes back if you look beneath the grid you will see several new instances of the chart were rendered beneath grid

Note:
The path in the url (depending on selections will be something like this) http://localhost:3000/index.html#/page/0/division/900302/program/505603
You can probably just paste that in to the address bar to see the same result
