Editor workflow for JATS metadata changes #125

As an editor, when reviewing a JATS XML typeset file, Janeway should alert me of changes to the metadata that are not reflected in the database metadata.

As an editor, when a discrepancy is detected I should be able to click a button to override the metadata in Janeway with that coming from the JATS XML
