Part of the old Java-based evaluation engine generates task splits for the various estimation procedures.
This has to be re-implemented in Python. Additionally, all existing tasks should retain their current splits. (Jan can help)

The new task split generator can be independent of the old one.
We will simply make sure old splits stay available through file store.
