pkgdown formulas not correctly being rendered

Apologies didn't have time to track down where this is going wrong but it looks like the current pkgdown formulas aren't always being correctly rendered:

I think this is likely a pkgdown bug but I'm not 100% sure. Just thought I'd make an issue here so you guys were aware of it.

Looks like a temporary solution is to force the math rendering to mathjax instead of mathml, at least thats what we've done in rbmi which seems to work:

Seems this fixed itself, on the main website things are looking good now:

Thanks @gowerc , aha, that is a pity. Then I guess we need to try the mathjax thing here too.
