opm package outdated

The current opm version is outdated. The latest opm version is 0.27 while the current version from the openresty distribution is 0.30:

I think either the package should be removed from opm at all (always use the version distributed with openresty) or updated.

FYI, latest version 0.32 has been pushed to opm thanks to @zhuizhuhaomeng. It's not tagged in the repository, but I assume it refers to commit 1160908.
