The integ tests have started failing once #515 was opened, which overhauls the navigation flow and how users switch between the form contexts of ingest & search. The UX regarding this part is still not stable or fully finalized. Once it is, existing tests can be updated so they pass, and more can be added.

Creating this to track based on 2.19 release.
