[BUG] Can not redirect after clicking view button in saved objects edit page

Describe the bug

User can not be redirected after clicking view button in saved objects edit page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to saved object edit page, for example, https://playground.opensearch.org/app/management/opensearch-dashboards/objects/savedDashboards/747e22f7-ea7f-4a9e-8a45-bf02fa2b446d#/dashboard/747e22f7-ea7f-4a9e-8a45-bf02fa2b446d
2. Click on 'view dashboard' button
3. Nothing happened, user would not be redirected.

Expected behavior
It seems that users should be navigated to the corresponding view page.
