OSX Builds

It would be very nice to have a OSX build similar to what can be downloaded as a tar file directly with elasticsearch... The docker is nice but having something approachable where you can easily get to the configuration file and make changes would really help with tinkering and learning with opensearch... alternatively we'll just use elasticsearch directly to learn on but then as features drift it'll be less likely to look at opensearch again...
