Optional preview tab and facets for ETL status / error messages of ETL plugins so admins or users have not to use more complicated Solr admin UI for that.

Preview tab "Import & Analysis (ETL)" of search UI shows ETL status and error messages.

Listview / Search results show facet with / interactive filter for failed ETL plugins.

Can be enabled/disabled by config option $cfg['etl_status] = true; or $cfg['etl_status] = false; which will be overwritten by coming web admin UI option.
