Move mailing list to google groups

Todo:

• Create a Google Group
• Add link to the OSC Google Group in site template footer social area (Created Add link to Google Groups mailing list in footer's social section #17 for this).
• Announce the Google Group (and this new GitHub org) on existing Flocknote list
• Close out the Flocknote organization (Created Delete the OSC Flocknote organization #18 for this).

It currently resides on Flocknote: https://new.flocknote.com/oscatholic

But it would probably make more sense to use a tool like Google Groups. I'm a bit ambivalent about mailing lists anyways, but I see the value and whatever solution is chosen should be as open as possible and really simple to maintain (e.g. we're definitely not self-hosting, ever :P).

To expand my thinking here a bit more: mailing lists provide a great low-maintinance/low-distraction way to push requests to the group as opposed to Slack/Forums which require users to visit the site (in most cases) to get updates. I think it makes sense for a relatively low-volume group like this.
