Describe the bug
When I try to sync the app, I am getting a sync complete and shows a 100% progress bar. However, as I navigate the app, I notice the number of service points is increasing with every sync conducted.

Expected behavior
App should give a 100% sync complete only when all the service points have been synced to the app.
