ADB version 1.0.40/28.0.2-5303910: Unrecognizable key format!

Hi,

From this ADB version 1.0.40/28.0.2-5303910, the public key format has changed by removing the comment field, so as a consequence it is no more possible to remote connect to a device through STF, I proposed a solution at openstf/stf#1030 consisting to update the auth.js file of the adbkit module (i.e. corresponding to the auth.coffe file here).
