Every influx metric we have with common params. Need to divide common params and metrics.

- name: common_influxdb
params:
host: 'influx1.eco.tsi-dev.otc-service.com'
port: 8086
username: 'csm'
database: 'csm'
timings:
polling_interval: 60
request_timeout: 5

- name: Some metric
metric_id: ...
query: '...'
timeout: ...
