Description of the enhancement

A new Service "CCI (Cloud Container Instance)" is released in region eu-de:

Please add terraform support for this product, API is available:

Hi @uli-schneider, did you check our-prerequisites about new services? I didn't see any test reports about CCI.

We would like to use the CCI instance for our product but ideally we would configure this via terraform. +1 for adding support here for the new service.
