What problem does this feature solve

点击分隔线，出现选中效果，此时可以 Delete 删除分隔线、Ctrl+C 复制分隔线、Ctrl+X 剪切分隔线
分隔线左右两边要能使用光标，点击分隔线右边缘，光标出现在分隔线右边，此时输入内容，内容会插入下一行；左边光标同理
在两行文本中间插入分隔线，目前是会多一个换行，可以优化下只插入分隔线、不插入换行

可以参考下语雀的效果，点击分隔线，会有一个灰色底色，代表选中效果。
