Solves issue(s)

Fix #181 by removing <framework> tags from plugin.xml and adding the <podspec> for the OpenTok pod.

Fix #192 by updating @opentok/client to 2.19.2 and Android/iOS native SDKs to 2.19.0.
Note: I had to change the download script at scripts/downloadiOSSDK.js because the downloaded OpenTok-iOS-2.19.0.tar.bz2, when expanded, spat out a directory named OpenTok-iOS instead of OpenTok-iOS-2.19.0.
