Currently iOS has OTPublisher.viewScaleBehavior where i can set the behaviour of the video to fir or scale more detail on the link https://tokbox.com/developer/sdks/ios/reference/Constants/OTVideoViewScaleBehavior.html

Is their any equivalent of it on React Native?

Hi @sangampandey currently opentok-react-native doesn't support this option, but seems to be a good idea for a API proposal.
