Related to opentrials/cochrane-schizophrenia-data#18

A Review is a Systematic Review, a meta-analysis of a collection of "studies" in tblStudy. These are in tblReview not tblReport. Reviews can provide the "risk of bias" score mentioned in the trial page mock.
