could we publish ucc on vcpkg package manager

I cannot understand the paper and link ， I think your team just need make ucc on vcpkg is ok ,not complex

in my cpp project we import libtorch with vcpkg, so many tool is manager by vcpkg ,but now only ucc can not
,so we need ask you to make it on vcpkg,thanks

I'm just curious in what way you were wanting this integration. Are you wanting to use the UCC process group in libtorch? Or are you thinking of using UCC with the MPI Process Group?

we also want to use ucc in Java and scala and scala-native, now javacpp and sn-bindgen need use ucc header file on vcpkg generate glue java code and sn code
