Create all icons for DevDocs ZIM #1233

Following #1179 (see there for valuable details) and since we are now happy with scraper behavior, we need the full set of devdocs icons.

Ideally, we need these icons by the end of January 2025.

See sheet "Names" of following spreadsheet for the list of icons needed : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1WYVUmYGHdTKKCuTpBXcoCe7XI7yfmefpTI-qpGGHWyI/edit?usp=sharing (beware the list contains the 4 icons already created).
