Determine best output layers to use when unwrapping a network of interferograms #154

If we were to use spurt, or any interferogram network + inversion, the timeseries/ folder (and the desired output layers) do not match the correlation files/connected component labels generated by dolphin.

Possible solution: Re-wrap the timeseries/ displacement outputs, then re-estimate the correlation, and re-grow connected component labels.

  • Note that for spurt, the regrow will not be needed since until/unless we make separate

The sliding window correlation is recomputed in #165 , conncomps for spurt are fixed, but conncomps for snaphu are not fixed yet
