News Source: Add e-paper only

Raised by coder who encountered newspaper that is only available as e-paper:

The Offaly Express used to be a print newspaper, but now is only available as an online newspaper (besides social media appearance and their website).
Question number 1: What is the best way for me to code this?
Question number 2: Although the website and the former print version are called Offaly News, the e-paper has two versions: Midland and Tullamore Tribune. This makes this case even more complicated for me to code since there is online presence as Offaly News, Midland and Tullamore Tribune. How should I proceed with this newspaper?

Answer: The coding rule is here that only outlets that are published today are included. In this case only the online newspaper would be coded. The digital e-paper version (which exists and is different from the website if I understand correctly) can not be coded. Please write a comment in the note section in case we add this option (e-paper only) later. Thank you.
If the online presence has three different websites/urls with different contents (Offaly News, Midland and Tullamore Tribune) please code them 3 times.
