Got following error when running terraform init in directory EBusinessSuite:

Error: Missing key/value separator

on seclists.tf line 58, in resource "oci_core_security_list" "DBSecList":
57:
58: tcp_options {

Expected an equals sign ("=") to mark the beginning of the attribute value.
