Axis Dewarp SDK DewarpDirect3D sample App. panorama mode doesn't work

I try to run Dewarp SDK DewarpDriect3D sample App. with ViewType(panorama)
But doesn't work. (black screen on window dewarping mode)

CDewarpPixelShader::UpdatePTZPos() follow functions return HRESULT as 0x8876086c (it's mean D3DERR_INVALIDCALL)
m_constTable->SetValue(m_device, "lambdaOffset", &lambdaOffset, sizeof(FLOAT));
m_constTable->SetValue(m_device, "rotateData", rotateData, 3 * sizeof(FLOAT));
m_constTable->SetValue(m_device, "tangentOfFieldOfView", &tangentOfFieldOfView, sizeof(FLOAT));

Is need to fix something?
