Hi @wansuhazrul , Please try installing the drivers using following steps: Installing a video networkThe network component for a specific manufacturer's video devices is typically included in the manufacturer’s specific video driver palette (not the videoDriver palette) and is available from the Driver Manager view. This procedure installs a video network driver that may or may not support a DVR (Digital Video Step 1: In the Nav tree, expand Config→Drivers node and double-click on Drivers node.The Driver Manager view opens. Step 2: Click the New button.A first New window opens. You can add any video driver that is listed in this window. Step 3: Select the desired network for the specific video driver from the option list, enter the number of networks to add and click OK.The Video Framework opens a second New window. |

Hi @vivekatoffice, Thank you for you respond, as you mention above is a essential for adding the axis camera into Niagara, i have already done that part. after the above step, there is two method of adding the camera either by using Niagara Discovery service or you can add it manually by key in all the detail that is required. i wasn't able to discover the camera by using Niagara discovery service so the only option that i can do is by manually. unfortunately, Niagara still wasn't able to establish connection to the camera. |

hi i trying to add an Axis camera into Niagara my Supervisor. but when i trying to discover the camera via Niagara. it seem Niagara cannot find the camera. the IP address is correct. the problem seems to come from axis camera. is anyone know how can i configure it. I am not familiar with Axis configuration setting.
