Shots detection using audio stream with Axis hardware #348
-
Hi friends, I am new to Axis software and hardware, my client needs to implement a solution to keep listening to the audio stream from the network cameras and detect "shots of guns". They want to fire an alarm when something like a gun is fired. If the answer is yes(you have to code): should I get the audio stream in a server and process it? Or should I need to add code direct to the cameras? Or where? If the answer is no(Axis already has something to detect shots of guns): where is it? Can I configure it? Is something extra to install or pay? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. PD.: Sorry if my English is not the best, I am not a native speaker. |
