How to detect that no input to video encoder.

Hi

I'm trying to make an application that displays cameras (AXIS P7304 Video Encoder) using AXIS Media Control SDK.

When there is no input to the encoder, AMC displays "No Video" in red letters.
I want to consider it as error in my app.
Is there a good way to do it?

I would like to ask same question, I want to make an application to output an error signal if there is no input to the encoder.
But if there is no video signal input to the encoder, it just display "No Video" message on the monitor ,
I have to check the monitor by myself to find which camera can’t input video to the encoder,
It will be really convenient if encoder can detect which camera is no working and send error code to PC.
Is there any error code regarding to video signal lost of each channel which will be sent from encoder?
If you have detail description documents about error code or error judgement condition, please send it to us.
I will appreciate it if you can tell me a good way to do this.

Please find the following ways you can achieve the trigger as an event from no video signal input to the encoder:

Using the Rule and Action in camera webpage:

Use "Invert this condition" option to get the event for "no video signal input". You can receive the events via TCP , MQTT and HTTP endpoints.

Subscride the metadata from the RTSP stream
