We use the library AxisJoystickModule.dll in our project and based on a customer request we are trying to figure out If the library communicates over to Internet any time during the course of operations?

It will be helpful if someone can confirm this.

No, that only connects to your PC which Joystick hardware connect to, it can detect the key or joystick's move/click and then you can do whatever you want in your own code.
