Is it possible to perform a return to origin operation when the power is turned on using a CGI command? Please let me know the command at that time.

For current PTZ camera, after camera reboot, it will go to Home preset.

If you hope to control that in your own program, you can save it as a preset and then control to run the calibration, then recall the previous preset.

the calibation cgi should be : GET /axis-cgi/com/ptz.cgi?auxiliary=reset

I want to quickly calibration it at that time.

PTZ calibration is really slow.
In that case, Q6315-LE seems to be better choice, The Q63 will keep track on the pan/tilt position and correct itself if it detects a big enough offset.
