You can use Axis device manager https://www.axis.com/support/tools/axis-device-manager to batch export the event from one camera and apply to multiple cameras. Just curious why you setup 24 rules to record to SD card each hour, it seems you can just enable the continous recording to SD card, for example: |

in Axis device manager, right click one camera-configure devices-create configuration file, then you should see parameters/action rules/addtional settings, the event should be under the action rules. |

event you have setup event hourly recording, in the camera it will create file default split duration 300 seconds to create a file. so it has no meaning to control recording every hour. |

you can click the recording button on the camera web GUI, then it will continue to record.
you can create a rule to enable SD card recording based on system ready.
