4.0.0.12 SDK and enumerating keypads not working.

Even when testing with the sample code, enumerating the keypads is never finding any keypads.

I can see the keypad in the DeviceManager but the SDK is never finding it. Tried with a TU9003 as well as the older keypads.

The code looks like this:

Just tested on my T8310 and TU9002, it works with 4.0.0.12 SDK, tested all the 5 device and two pair with SDK sample, I think you first need make sure in the SDK EnumerateKeyPads(&aNbrKeyPads), aNbrKeyPads should be >0. Else you need check your USB connection or try to change another USB port or other computer.

Make sure the device cable is connect correctly and the USB has enough power to power up the devices. (in my test donnect and disconnect to computer USB, sometimes, the enum return 0, I think my USB is sometimes abnormal even connect to a USB stick )

EnumerateKeypads is all I am aiming for now. With the 3.0 SDK I can see my old keypad but with the 4.0 keypad I can't see old or new.
I can see the joysticks without issues and read the button presses on the joystick as well.

The keypad is shown in the DeviceManager using a Microsoft driver.

Finally got back to testing it.
My EnumerateKeyPads() call always returns a 0, even when it's listing the devices found just like in your output.

The screenshot attached is from the sample program included with the SDK. One difference I noticed from your screenshot is that mine shows the laptop trackpad first.

Testing with the older version of the keypad works as expected. It always finds it.

Fantastic!!! Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Your executables did work and once I compiled mine for x64 and copied your DLLs it worked so I was then able to compile mine for x86 and after finding the right DLLs it worked correctly. It was all about having the DLLs in the same folder.
