Error using Objection Detection ACAP / Docker Compose 1.3.1 with firmware 11.10.61

Hi all,

I have one application that uses the base from #https://github.com/AxisCommunications/acap-computer-vision-sdk-examples/blob/main/object-detector-python
The app works well on firmware 11.4.63 and Docker Compose 1.3.1 since I updated the firmware version to test another app to version 11.10.61 I'm facing the following error when I start the containers:

object-detector-python-1 | Traceback (most recent call last):
object-detector-python-1 | File "detector.py", line 20, in
object-detector-python-1 | import cv2
object-detector-python-1 | ImportError: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.31' not found (required by /lib/libvdostream.so.1) )
object-detector-python-1 exited with code 1

And since I updated the firmware version to 11.10.61, AXIS does not allow you to downgrade to another version, unless the version is LTS 10.12.228

I'm using the P-3265-V Axis camera.

this seems to be known limitation in CV SDK from OS 11.9
