Unable to get the Jog dial state value

I am integrating the Axis Jogdial as well as the keyboard and joystick , i have used slimdx to get the devices info and work upon them to work on my code but jog dial joystick state values are all zero and i am unable to understand how can i integrate them all along

I assume you are using AXIS TU9003 Keypad. From Axis, we have this SDK available for integration:
AXIS Joystick SDK

You may follow the following: 648

I am not sure about the "SlimDX":
Are you using this SlimDX? Does this work with other Keypads from other vendors? Which operating system you are working with?

AXIS T8313 Jog Dial is replaced with: AXIS TU9001 CONTROL BOARD , AXIS TU9002 JOYSTICK .

But from the release notes it is clear that AXIS T8313 Jog Dial is supported:

I found the AXIS Jog Dial Rev2 (AXIS T8313 Jog Dial) and tested using the latest SDK code samples and found it working for me 😄

You might be missing the DLLs mentioned in the 'Redistribution' chapter of the documentation. These DLLs need to be present in the main executable's folder.
