Axis F9114 : Time Synchronization through manual NTP Server not working

Converted the local system as NTP server and configured the local system IP as manual NTP server as below. But time synchronization not working properly for Axis F9114 encoders. But Time synchronization worked properly for F34 encoders.

Firmware version : 11.8.61

Any security exception need to added for this IP?
