I have found a similar issue when someone was trying to bulid sth
Thanks to the GFW I can't have access to the original page, but here's the link:

It says that by update versioneer I can solve this problem but nothing happened
And I have already tried to uninstall setuptools and download an older version but it's still not working
Can anyone provide a solution plz?
And don't ask me why there is a "seewo" in the file directory because I was doing it on our homeroom computer=)
